College Magazine Contents Page

My contents pag covered the same overall theme as its front cover counter-part. It used a very urban style text and the same theme, Blue, White and Black. The layout of my contents page was simple and still had a lot of space to fill, which made it seem bare and uninteresting. The use of images was so that they would relate to certain articles within the magazine that the audience would read, though only two images were used they related to the two main articles that the audience would read. The use of brushes to outline and make the images more prominent wasn't done well as it seperated from the theme and instead of assisting in the urban look it detracked from it and added more a retro theme which would of detered alot of readers, this is something I could improve upon for my music magazine, which is to keep track and mak sure everything I'm doing is kept within the theme I have set as well as keeping the ability to attract my target demographic.
